How does it work?

During the 2-month acceleration program, we match startup solutions with healthcare ecosystem players challenges to establish pilot alliances and build sustainable long-term partnerships.

Selected teams will undergo ten weeks of acceleration along the explore-build-test-refine pathway to tackle a challenge presented by one of the largest regional hospital in Latvia.  The main focus of the program is the startup-hospital collaboration with a goal of pilot development.

Pilot alliances

Match your solution with hospital challenges and together test your solution or apply and validate existing products that match the challenge and specific market conditions.

Collaboration guidance

Undergo various co-creation activities - weekly co-creation sessions, batch PPP checkpoints, goal-setting sessions, Demo Day training, all with on-demand Q&A sessions and 24/7 support.

Ad-hoc mentoring

Receive advice and guidance from our lead mentors, that are experts in corporate partnerships and collaboration. On top of that, you have access to a vast and experienced mentor pool ready to assist you with domain-specific questions.

Pilot financing

Bring your pilot to the market and establish a long-term partnership. The total program pilot funding of EUR 140k will be distributed between startups based on further implantation needs and specifications.
